To correct the above statement, other bugs should be blockers for this bug as, philosophically, the reviewing work is only finished when all bugs are reviewed. Of course we don't close the bug when its dependencies are closed as we'll have new review requests coming.

thanks for the pointer, but most of our review bugs are just pointers to git branches, with no patches attached to them, so that won't work.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being shut down in favor of a GitLab instance. 
We are closing all old bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen updates for a long time.
