I'm trying to install https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/736/screenshot-window-sizer/ on Fedora 19 using Epiphany 3.8.2.  Extensions plugin is installed.  Clicking on the on/off toggle presents the "do you want to install this extension" prompt; I click yes, and nothing is installed.  Refreshing the page causes the toggle to revert to off.
