JHBuild sets ACLOCAL_FLAGS to include the sandbox (e.g. -I
/opt/gnome/share/aclocal). Supporting ACLOCAL_FLAGS helps people building GNOME via JHBuild.

jhbuild sets ACLOCAL_PATH for some time now, so no additional effort is required here.
