3. Go to the calendar and check the "Birthdays & Anniversaries" check box.

This bug is supposed to be fixed (see bug 306963), and in fact in can confirm this working on Evolution 2.6.x.

However, I observed some strange behavior that results in exacty the same issue at first. See bug ######. Disabling and re-enabling the Birthdays and Anniversaries Calendar fixes this.

Based on my testing and the Evo version, I am positive that disabling and re-eabling the Calendar actually fixes this. Just uncheck and re-check the checkbox next to the Calendar in the tree. Steve, can you confirm this?

If you can not confirm this to be the same issue, please feel free to re-open this bug instantly.

Sorry, "bug ######" obviously was meant to be bug 352472...
Comment 3 Karsten Bräckelmann 2006-08-23 00:21:05 UTC
Turns out this most likely is a duplicate of bug 311098 actually. Sorry for the noise.

Hi Karsten,

Unfortunately I can not confirm that un-checking and rechecking fixes the problem. I'll put my additional comments in bug #311098 so this one can remain retired.
