This could be done by having it take the folders from the store
associated with the default account, if that account is a storage.
(This would save having to add a separate config option.)

There's already a config option for this - the problem is it only
shows the local mail folders, not anything else.

Also my bug to i gues. 

When starting up the current CVS-HEAD (as of 09-05-2001), i either go
to the summary, or to the 'inbox' (local). Neither is what i want to
achive: My default email account via imap ;-)

'Till that time i'm afraid evolution doesnt make much of a chance to
be my default mailer.

why is this bug minor priority? it makes the mail summary view totally
useless to any imap user. and with bug 209463, a really annoying one (I
have no desire to look at a summary of a local folder I'd rather not
have in the first place).

It's minor priority because it's very near the 1.0 release date, the
feature freeze was 2 months ago, and unfortunatly to fix this would
add a lot of completely untested code to the codebase.
