Description of Problem:
cannot add IMAP or local spools to mail summary

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click summary
2. click menu Tools, select Summary Settings, click mail tab
3. 

Actual Results:
only special evolution 'mail' folders avilable

Expected Results:
also list imap, mbox spools, and maildir-format mail directories.
they are mail afterall.

How often does this happen? 
every time.

Additional Information:
current actual results make using fetchmail and local spools impossibly
stupid with evolution
