Description of Problem:

In Summary configuration only local mail folders are available

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Goto summary page
2. Tools -> Summary Settings -> Mail

Actual Results:
local mail folders are displayed

Expected Results:
All folders should be available (maybe even vfloders)

How often does this happen? 
always

Additional Information:
It would be nice to have it :-)
