Description Jakub Steiner 2014-02-10 11:44:08 UTC
The intent of the search design was to complement the views, not act like a filter on the selected view (Albums/Artists/Songs). It isn't visually/spatially arranged that way right now.

The 'filter' seems especially broken in the artist view where matching for artist name should spatially happen in the sidebar.

This one is assigned to Sai and Arnel, we've started working on it in https://github.com/gnome-prototypes-team/gnome-music/tree/search_advanced_rebased
