GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 641936
Show laptop and external monitor in preferences-desktop-display
Last modified: 2020-11-26 14:41:38 UTC
from #gnome-design <sgarrity1> Any concerns about having Screen, Background, and Displays all in the System Settings - all with slight variations on the LCD-screen icon? <sgarrity1> I understand the difference between them - but the terms "screen" and "displays" are pretty similar. <elleuca> we could change Display icon to show laptop and external monitor <hbons> elleuca: yes, makes sense
I will make an icon for this.
System setting layout changed, no icons landed, closing as obsolete, feel free to reopen tho.
I don't think anything changed with regard to using a monitor for three icons in the system settings.
