As suggested on bug 397010, the Jamendo plugin should set the cover of the track played.

We need that bug 398093 was fixed to do that.

See also bug 398231, "rb:coverArt-uri" metadata type.  It would probably simplify the Jamendo plugin if it just needed to emit a uri to the art instead of having to download it.

The last patch in bug 397010 implement this feature.
