Please describe the problem:
When I'm moving files from one place to another, nautilus displays the estimated time like "4:31:6" instead of "4:31:06".

Yes (but only for the seconds field).

Proposed Patch

Here's a proposed patch. As it fixes a rather cosmetical bug while breaking translations I don't think it should be applied to the gnome-2.16 branch. May I commit it to HEAD?
