Description Matthew Barnes 2006-08-04 13:51:56 UTC
Please describe the problem:
This is just a minor UI glitch that I have observed when creating new search folders.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the side bar of the mail component, right click Search Folders.
2. Select "New Folder..." from the pop-up menu.
3. The "Create folder" dialog is displayed.
4. Observe which folder is highlighted.

Actual results:
If there are existing search folders, the first search folder is highlighted. If I simply type a folder name and click Create, the new search folder is created underneath the first search folder. But that's not the location I selected.

Expected results:
I expect "Search Folders" to be highlighted, so that simply typing a folder name and clicking Create will place the new search folder in the first "level" of search folders, where I originally selected with the mouse.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
If confirmed, I'll try to cook up a patch for this. But I just wanted to get it documented somewhere.
