Please make this bug depend on all bugs requiring incompatible changes to GTK+ 2.x.  This helps us giving an idea what kind and how many issues can only be fixed in GTK+ 3.x.

Marking as obsolete as GTK+ 3 was released sometime ago marking this tracker bug not very useful.
