Description Mark S 2005-10-26 04:33:59 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When using the new clearlooks cairo-based engine, as part of the gtk-engines in
HEAD, the gnome menu bar is all black. You can still click on the applications,
places and desktop buttons and they will hilite properly, though when the cursor
is removed, they once again go all black.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add the gnome Menu Bar applet to the panel
2. Make the panel transparent
3. Watch how it's all black

The bug is still occuring with the window switcher applet (which is rendered as a menu).

A more general solution is probably needed.
