This was working until a week and a half ago, and from one day to another works
no more. Only in HEAD version. In GNOME 2.12.x branch everything works as usual.

I'll try to find the changes that probably made this bug appear. I am sorry not
having reported this before 2.13.3 tarballs due.

Apparently it is a bug in "Clearlooks" theme. When I change to "Grand Canyon"
theme, transparency works ok.

Moving to gnome-themes.
