The HIG recommends Ctrl+0 as shortctu key for Normal Size

Furthermore it would be nice if you hit Ctrl plus the key that contains the "="
and the "+" that it would zoom in. Firefox for example does this.

Patch 

Patch assigns Ctrl+0 to Normal size and also makes Ctrl+= equal Ctrl++ like
firefox does

Sitsofe can you resolve your  bug 302752 as a duplicate of this one. Since this
bug has a patch I guess it's better to keep visibility of this one high
