Description aaron 2001-09-04 13:19:59 UTC
I know this is normally the job of Sendmail or SMTP servers, but I would
like to have this available in the client as well. For example, I am
accustomed to typing "username" to send mail to "username@ximian.com" but
when I'm at home, and type "username," it goes to "username@mediaone.net"

To remedy that situation I would like to see a "Domain appended to
unqualified addresses" feature in the Sending Mail section of the Mail
Account Settings tool. (Post 1.0 of course)

It has also suggested that there should be a config option for whether
or not mail to unqualified addresses is allowed.
