Description of Problem:

If I try to send messages to users in my own domain, but don't specify the domain in the address, I get an error 'This message contains invalid recipients'

For example if I send an e-mail to 'rgw' I get the error, but if I send one to 'rgw@star', or 'rgw@star.le.ac.uk', it works.

This problem has only popped up in the last week or so.
