Description Reinout van Schouwen 2005-02-14 13:31:56 UTC
Version details: 1.5.6

Go to http://www.accessibility.nl/internet/tools/bookmarklets, download and save
accessibilitybookmarklets-moz.html.

Importing this in Mozilla gives a folder with 14 bookmarklets.
In Epiphany I find back only 5, that I have to assign a topic myself.

The bookmarks file is invalid HTML, and doesn't conform to our importer's
expectation of line formatting.

The mozilla importer is going to need a total rewrite, it's a mess.

Did it had one? :)
Comment 3 Christian Persch 2006-12-26 14:43:51 UTC
No, still needs a rewrite.
Not useful to do this before switching to ephy-data-server probably...
Comment 4 Reinout van Schouwen 2007-05-31 22:37:00 UTC
In 2.18.2, epiphany refuses to import the bookmarks file at all. It can be opened in the browser, however.

That was fixed some hours ago in -22 and trunk, see bug #523414.

Your wishes come true: bug #533986.

Making this bug depend on my rewritten importer, I triaged with this example and my personal bookmark collection (and of course it worked).
