GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 162660
Allow downloads to be resumed following restart
Last modified: 2018-08-03 19:13:07 UTC
If Epiphany is downloading files from the Internet, and Internet connection gets broken and then reconnected, downloads cannot be restarted (clicking on file links has no effect and the Download window just freezes) until Epiphany is cancelled and reloaded.
Further info : these files being downloaded are pdf documents from a university server which requires a userid and password to download any file. Epiphany remembers these user/password details so I don't usually have to enter them.
Confirming. This depends on mozilla fixes.
