This will be a tracker for bugs dealing with the interaction between metaicty
and libwnck.  I will start it off with dependencies for the following bugs in a
minute:

114161 - show-desktop then open app -> minimized windows not marked correctly
117528 - window minimized in session save are displayed anyway after login
135024 - _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW messages need timestamps.
148370 - Support DEMANDS_ATTENTION in task list
148485 - doesn't know all _NET_WM_ALLOWED_ACTIONS

Note also that metacity bug 155453 ("TRACKER: tasklist and workspace switcher
applet interaction bugs") is also closely related, from the other angle.

I have no problems with closing it.  I can reopen it if and when it's needed.
