It seems this bug is related to bug #129957 and bug #119991
This bug actually belongs to nautilus, it decides what icons to display for the "Go" menu... It's a simple change to nautilus/src/*.xml to use the "xcdroast" stock icon, BTW.
Created attachment 27524 [details] [review] Patch to make burn:/// URI use the "xcdroast" icon.
This is a dup of bug 136276 or vice-versa.
To be consistant, shouldn't it use "gnome-dev-rw"? Also to be consistant, the "gnome-dev-rw" icon should be used @ burn:// -> File -> Write to CD and Right click on ISO -> Write to CD.
Unfortunately, the "gnome-dev-rw" icon is only available in the Gorilla theme. If it is used, "xcdroast" should be used as a fallback.
Alex, could we get something like that in nautilus HEAD, for 2.10?
Duplicate of either bug 149941 or bug 162750.
