Description of Problem:
There isn't an icon next to the Trash, Templates
and CDCreator menu items in the Places Menu of a
spatial directory window.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a spatial directory window
2. Click on Places in the menu bar

Actual Results:
Missing icons next to Trash, Templates and CDCreator

Expected Results:
Icons next to Trash, Template and CDCreator

How often does this happen? 
Everytime.

Additional Information:
It is understandable that there are no icons for
Templates and CDCreator yet since they are
relatively new features. However, for trash we can
show the same icon as the trash can icon on the
desktop.
