Description Ryan Marsh 2002-10-30 21:29:18 UTC
1. Mount any device using nautilus. (I use the usb-storage device of my
camera at /mnt/camera).
2. Right click the mount's icon and go to the properties dialog.
3. Change the Icon.
4. Unmount the device.
5. Mount again.
6. Icon will be default, not the one you chose.
Comment 1 Mark Finlay 2002-11-24 15:27:52 UTC
It also does not remember the position of the device on the desktop
Comment 2 Aschwin van der Woude 2002-11-25 15:46:06 UTC
The custom icon is also forgotten after an unmount in version 2.1.2.
Bug #95648 is about mount-icons forgetting their location on the desktop.
