Description of Problem:
clicked a couple of times in succession, calling up the "About.." box
and planning to
call up the "Help", each time right-clicking in the middle of the
workspace applet.
On second right-click, gnome-panel crashed.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Sorry, but I don't think bug#94222 is related.  Gnome panel crashed
with an empty 'Preferences,Help,About..,etc' menu box for the Workspace
Switcher after having right clicked on the Switcher.  A mouse pointer
hover delay of about as long as it takes for the applet comment text
to pop up just before right clicking may lead to duplication of the
crash.  Also, the panel was set for auto-hiding.
