Wrong placement of app menu

When Application Menu on the top panel of GNOME Shell is disabled (via Tweak Tool), the app menu is placed under the header bar of gnome-screenshot instead of with the app icon at the top left-hand side of the header bar.

Thanks, I pushed a fix for this to master. Since we're in hard code freeze period right now, this won't be released in time for 3.26.0, but we'll cherry-pick it to 3.26.1.
