Wrong placements in Control Center

When the Application menu/Icon is set to appear on the titlebar of the application instead of GNOME Shell top panel, the icon placement in some applications is wrong, and the name of the application shows up just below the title bar. Clicking the name of the application just below the titlebar trigger the application menu.

The image attached shows the correct placement in Tweak Tool and the wrong placement in Control Center.

In split headerbar situations, applications have to help gtk with the placement of the fallback app menu by setting the ::decoration-layout property on their headerbars appropriately.
