I'm going to go ahead and push this.

We should try to make sure the Scaling feature in gnome-control-center 3.26 works well for both X and Wayland (and upgrades too if we can) instead of trying to hack things in the Tweaks app.

Also, the Windows section of the Tweaks app doesn't really have space to spare for this.
