Add the ability to show battery percentage in the toolbar.

This can be easily done via: "gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface show-battery-percentage true"

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed in the code repository for Tweak Tool 3.26 (which will be released in September).
