Remove "Help" button from dialog to create new GPG key (to avoid "Page not found" error for help:seahorse/pgp-generate)

When trying to access the Help menu from the GnuPG key addition dialog box a "Page not found" error is shown. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open "Passwords and keys" (seahorse) 2. Go to GnuPG keys section (expecting it to be present) 3. Click the '+' button 4. Select the 'PGP key' option and hit 'Continue' 5. Hit the 'Help' button Expected results: Help menu is displayed Actual results: "Page not found" error is displayed
