Hi,

(Bug Squashing Party here, I think Seahorse is important and should be more cared of!)

Seahorse version is 3.20.0-3.1 (that is upstream seahorse 3.20.0 with cdfc5b2 applied)

When creating a PGP Key (File -> New -> PGP Key), the Help button in the dialog box opens the help window but to an inexistent page.
