Description Sciss 2017-03-12 13:18:34 UTC
There is a regression compared to Jessie where the context menu on a file gives me the option to open that file with a known application, not just the default application. For example, for images in Jessie I have:

Open With >
  Firefox
  Gimp
  ImageMagick
  ...
  Other Application...

In Stretch, this is reduced to

Open With Other Application

This is a strong usability regression IMO, as I need to be able to open documents with multiple programs all the time. Using the 'Open With Other Application' dialog is not an option, it's a big hassle. Please restore the previous functionality. Thanks!
