The icon of Geary is not displayed

Linux arch 4.9.8-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Feb 6 12:59:40 CET 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux
GNOME: 3.22.2

This bug is pretty simple, when I open Geary, the icon of Geary on the dock and the top is not displayed correctly, which is an unknown icon instead of Geary's icon.

Per Bug 778939, is is caused by the LoginDialog not having a parent window on first-run, hence gnome-shell doesn't know what icon to use for it. Also like that bug, this might be fixed by Neil's work on Bug 714104 and/or Bug 766199.
Comment 2 GNOME Infrastructure Team 2021-07-05 13:27:37 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
