When saving an attachment or an inline image, the MIME attachmen filename or the remote image's filename should be used in the save dialog by default.

Turns out this is a dupe of Bug 713999.

Actually, not really a duplicate, since this was more about ensuring the content file name was passed through to the save dialog.

Fixed anyway on master by commit 2a7fca9.
