The gtksourceview-3.0 bindings were carried upstream from 13 August 2014 ( https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtksourceview/commit/?id=44742519a806240a528fd61a19027cf2c24bdf02 ).

There appear to have been a couple of attempts to remove these bindings from the Vala repository:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=733155
https://git.gnome.org/browse/vala/commit/?id=dbc07519e666c2ab9a2ecbee8dc550c0a3741204
but they are still carried in the Vala repo.

Unsure about the status of gtksourceview-2.0 bindings.
