screenshot of scrollable mouse panel

When opening The Mouse & Touchpad panel from control center the app resizes to a smaller height (mouse panel allocated height is 300px) than with other panels (e.g. keyboard panel has 388px allocated height) , but still a scrollbar appears, and you can scroll down to the bottom to see the padding.

It would be great to avoid the scrollbar if we can fit in the standard window size.

Find a screenshot attached.
