The three linked buttons at the menu-popover for showing/hiding the paneles
are reverted.
The button for showing the left panel appear on the right side of the popover
and vice versa.

Note: the buttons makes the right thing (I mean each buttons show/hide the right panel).

If we end up using the suggested patches in bug 772775 then this patch will do what we need in Builder to enforce LTR.
