screencast showing the described symptoms

I have a laptop with no mobile broadband, yet the eponymous option in Power settings is still shown. When I click to toggle the option (for laughs), it suddenly disappears. Did it realise it's not applicable to this machine? Apparently not, because on clicking back then reentering the Power section... there it is again.

Attaching a screencast that shows all of this.

A bug was opened with the same symptoms as this in the past and then closed as resolved, so either it wasn't solved for all cases, or it's crept back in. Either way, I hope this helps.

For whatever reason, this doesn't seem to occur (i.e. I can't find any reference to mobile broadband anywhere) now that I recently got updated to 3.21, so closing

This was obsoleted by refactoring in 3.21, and now - only hours after I realised that! - a fix has been applied to 3.20: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=771148
