After doing Actions -> Budget -> Open Budget and selecting the current budget, I am unable to enter any amounts.  I selected Income to expand the category and it took over 30 minutes to display the items in the Income category.  Then was able to enter budgeted amounts to several categories.  Then had to wait for several minutes for the Expenses category to open.  While entering amounts, the program would freeze for several minutes more.  In the last hour, I've entered only 13 amounts.  This section has always been slow, with poor response time, but this is has become unusable.
