add several tests to check the clock drift compensation support from dashdemux

Created attachment 322445 [details] [review] dashdemux: tests: add test for clock compensation during manifest refresh Add an additional clock compensation test, where the manifest updates during the test. This is to check that a refresh of the manifest does not cause extra requests to the time server.
