We use tags to describe some attributes of an app, particularly online web apps and non-free apps. Currently this is shown on the search results list as tags, but with a seemingly unrelated infobar on the app page. 

This should be done consistently on the app page as well, providing more verbose detail as shown on the wireframe below:
