Error Dialog

When trying to delete the file from Google Drive folder in Nautilus, it throws up error you can see in the screenshot. 

Files and folders can be safely renamed and changes will be displayed on the GDrive page.

I do have permissions to delete files.

It isn't possible to delete shared files currently, however it should be possible to delete other files...

I suppose that gdata_documents_service_remove_entry_from_folder should be used instead of gdata_service_delete_entry in this case. This is relevant to Bug 783358.
