Description Jo 2015-08-04 13:30:38 UTC
whenever you adjust or add paths for resources (be it brushes-files, palettes-files, gradient files, ect), Gimp throws a warning dialog saying that those new paths load after a restart only.
The warning dialog pops not up, but stays behind Gimps window environment. When i quit Gimp, i see said dialog for a moment before Gimp quits definitely.

to avoid such situations, i suggested an improvement to error dialogs, please see:

Even on Linux, these kind of things happen to me sometimes. This is annoying, especially when at first you think something you ran failed (whereas it is only behind).
