Follow-up of bug #750887 - when a GOA-configured ownCloud account has a self-signed certificate, the user is not able to use it without installing evolution and confirming trust prompt for the collection source, thus the discovery of the sources can continue.

This enables trust prompts for collection sources. Note the changes from the above cited bug are needed to have this fully and properly working.
