As you will see in the attached screenshot of Accerciser + Nautilus, the three header bar buttons lack proper accessible names: The Search button has no name whatsoever, and the two buttons to its right are both named "Menu." As a result, when an Orca user Tabs to them, they have no idea what they are on.
