Been testing the following scenario:
- Rupert messages me.
- I receive a notification and reply rupert back.

At this point, the notification still sits in the notification tray, even though I reacted to the notification.

This has the consequence that when rupert replies back to me again, I don't receive a notification.

sounds like a problem we should address for 3.16

Bug 746220 has a patch, in case chat notifications stay with the "old" banners in 3.16.
