Description David King 2014-09-24 20:19:05 UTC
I came across some feedback for the 3.14 release notes, specifically touchscreen-gestures.page:

* the image for "Open the Applications View" shows a right motion from the left, the opposite of the description
* the "Open the Message Tray" image shows a left hand in a highly unlikely orientation
* the "Switch Application image shows three fingers held with a fourth tapping, contrary to the description

Not sure where to file this, but bug 712386 suggested this as a potential product and component.

Thanks for the report, Dave. I've fixed the two text issues and alerted the localisation teams about the change.

I don't think the issue with the graphic is particularly important - the images are intended to be instructive rather than realistic.

Personally, I came across the "Switch Application" thing, and I didn't know which of them was wrong, text or image.
