Traditional menu bar

That was mentioned in the gmenumodel work from https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=723548

It would be nice if evince had support for traditional menubar, to be used in environment that feature/prefer those to the new button menus used by GNOME (like Unity)

I'm attaching a patch based on the work Lars did on https://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/?h=wip/gmenu but rebased on 2.31.91.

Let me know if the approach is fine/if you are interested by the feature in the upstream source

Thanks
