when I open box in new window and then delete the box from main one. The other window becomes the main as well so you have two main windows. This is odd. The second window should have been closed.

version
3.13.91-1

reproducer:
create box
open it in separate window
go back to main window and delete it

-> the other window looks exactly like the main one
