Description of problem:
Package removed in gnome-software can't be installed again until gnome-software is restarted.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-software-3.13.4-2.fc21.x86_64
Fedora 21

How reproducible: 
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run 'gnome-software'
2. go to Installed.
3. remove some application
4. in the same run of g-s (don't kill it) and try to install that application again

Actual results: 
Message saying:
Sorry, this did not work
Installation of Boxes failed.


Expected results:
Package should be installed


Additional info:
journalctl contains this message after failed installation:

gnome-session[2065]: (org.gnome.Software:2458): Gs-WARNING **: Not already a started task for 0x7f16dc00da30~packagekit-refine::transaction
gnome-session[2065]: (org.gnome.Software:2458): Gs-WARNING **: failed to install sol: The package id's '' are not valid
